Before I started training with Jan, I never felt completely comfortable in my body. I didn't feel healthy and I knew that if I continued to ignore how I felt, I would fall victim to the unhealthy epidemic that seems to be hitting my generation harder and harder. I have been training with Jan for about five months now, and I have never been more comfortable with who I am. Jan's kickboxing sessions not only give me a workout, but teach basic defensive moves that I can confidently use in a dangerous situation. I am more aware of what I eat, and achieving fitness through kickboxing has done wonders for my motivation.
